The Client
Rheinblick Krefeld is an exclusive new-build project by Dr. Schmitter GmbH in Krefeld-Uerdingen, directly on the Rhine. 39+ residential units: apartments, maisonettes, penthouses, citylofts and townhouses. Sales handled by Entertrade Immobilien.
The Problem
A development project of this size needs a website that changes constantly. Construction progress, new photos, available units, price changes. The developer needs to update it themselves without calling a developer every time. Plus:
- 39+ units with individual floor plans, areas, prices
- Exposé system: each unit as its own page with all details
- Gallery with construction progress, drone footage, visualizations
- Investor section with relevant information
- The developer wants to manage content independently, no technical knowledge required
The Solution
WordPress with custom theme and ACF Pro. The right choice here because the client needs full control over content. No page builder, but structured fields that map exactly what the project needs.
